Our sources

We rely on official sources: the Greek government and ministries, the Government Gazette (ΦΕΚ), parliament, the Fire Service, 112 and Civil Protection, the weather service, the Geodynamic Institute, the Bank of Greece, the statistics authority, embassies and Jewish communities, and the ΑΠΕ-ΜΠΕ news agency. Every article links to its source.

Writing rules

• We write in our own words and never copy others' text.
• Breaking news is published only from an official source.
• On sensitive topics we report facts only, with no names of private individuals and no accusations before a decision by the authorities.
• Articles about laws and amounts show their last update date.

Corrections

Found an error? Tap "Report an error" at the bottom of the article. We correct it quickly and mark the article "Updated" with the date.
